• Digital goods are bound to the domain, as well as to the user's personal computer, so additional activation is required with a special key, which is issued after the purchase.
  
  
• Distribution conditions do not apply to performance issues.
  
  
• The cost of digital goods is specified in the Cost section.
  
  
• Additional terms and conditions and rules for the distribution of digital goods referred to as Product and/or License are specified in the License Agreement section and are an integral part of these terms and conditions of purchase.
  
  
• Goods purchased on this site are intangible, which means that they cannot be physically returned, therefore the digital goods purchased are non-refundable. • If you violate the terms of the License Agreement, you will be fined. The cost of the fine is determined based on the severity of the violation, but may not exceed the amount of the "Starting Payment" (specified in the Cost section) paid by you for the relevant domain.
  
  
• The period of repayment of the debt or fine is unlimited in time, but the sale of new digital goods, or the issuance of already purchased goods will be suspended.
  
  
• The Public offer is valid on the site. By placing an order on the sites of the domain melbis.com, the buyer automatically agrees to all terms and conditions and rules formulated on all pages of these sites fully and without any reservations.
