Terms and Purchase Rules
Dear customers, before making a payment, please carefully review these rules. By placing an order on websites within the melbis.com domain, you automatically and unconditionally accept all terms set forth on this page and in other governing documents of the site.
1. Informed choice and testing
If you are unsure whether the stated functionality of Melbis Shop meets your requirements, or if you are not certain that you need to make a purchase, we strongly ask you to postpone the payment. Until you are completely confident, we recommend testing the system (for example, by using a one-day license) or asking all your questions to our support team via the “Contacts” section.
2. Licensing specifics and activation
- License binding: The purchased digital product is strictly bound to the “domain (Project) + user login” combination.
- Automatic issuance: No additional manual activation is required. After purchase and successful user authorization, the Melbis Shop client software independently downloads the required keys.
- “AS IS” principle: Digital products are provided “as is.” The developer is not responsible for any consequences or damage arising from the use or inability to use this software. Issues related to the local operability of the client’s equipment do not constitute grounds for claims.
3. Refund policy and tariff changes
- No refunds: Software licenses are intangible digital goods. They cannot be physically returned, therefore no refunds are issued after purchase.
- Tariff changes: The system does not provide for “upgrades” or switching from one pricing plan to another with previously paid funds credited toward the new plan. Each purchase (for a day, month, or year) is standalone. The terms of use for previously purchased licenses remain unchanged. The cost of all licenses is listed in the “Prices and Licenses” section.
4. Rule violations and sanctions
These rules are inseparably linked to the License Agreement and are an integral part of it.
- If violations of the License Agreement are identified, a penalty may be imposed on the offender’s account.
- The period for repayment of the penalty or debt is not limited in time. However, until they are paid in full, the issuance of new licenses, as well as the operation of already purchased keys, will be suspended.
