License Agreement

This license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is a contract between you and Melbis (hereinafter referred to as the Author). The Agreement applies to all distributed versions and modifications of the Melbis Shop software product.

The Melbis Shop software product (the "Product") is a software package consisting of a windows application and php scripts, the program and binary codes of which are reproduced in files or on paper, including electronic or printed documentation and the text of this Agreement.
Your use of the Product indicates that you have read the Agreement, accept its provisions and will use the Product under the terms of this Agreement.
The Agreement becomes effective immediately upon your use of the Product, i.e. your receipt of the Product by electronic means of transmission.
All copyrights in the Product belong to the Author. The Product as a whole or individually is subject to copyright and is protected under International Law. Use of the Product in violation of the terms of this Agreement is a violation of copyright laws and will be prosecuted under applicable law.
The Product is provided on an "AS IS" basis without warranty of performance, merchantability, data integrity, or other express or implied warranties. The Author shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for injury or potential injury to you, your information, or your business arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
This Agreement authorizes you to use an unlimited number of copies of the Product to power an unlimited number of online stores, provided, however, that all such online stores are accessible through a domain or domains (URLs) that are expressly registered to you and owned entirely by you. Each copy of the Product must be registered with the Author.
You may not use more than one server license of the Product to run one of Your projects that can be accessed via different domains (URLs).
It is prohibited to transfer the Product to third parties, to place the Product or its parts on any Internet site.
You may not include the Product in your software packages without the Author's consent.
You may not sell or rent this Product without an additional agreement with the Author, which must be in writing.
You have the right to supplement the Product with your own php-scripts at your discretion. The subsequent use of the Product shall be in accordance with this Agreement and subject to retention of all copyrights.
Any modification of any part of the Product, including the windows application, php scripts and other parts of the Product is prohibited.
You agree to place on the pages of the online store an easy-to-read inscription "Powered by Melbis Shop" or logo (as agreed) with a hyperlink: https://melbis.com.
The Author is not responsible for bringing you to administrative or criminal liability if you use the Product for illegal purposes.
The Author has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally and prohibit further use of this Product within thirty days from the date of notification of his decision.
Termination of this Agreement is allowed if you delete all files and documentation received by you, as well as their copies.
