This error is related to Windows system security issues. Therefore, for the correct operation of the program you need to:
  • either place the local store database on the D:/ disk (or any other non-system disk)

In order to start the virtual server on 64-bit Windows, you need to right-click on the server shortcut, then select Properties. In the opened window, select the Shortcut tab and the Object field. Change "D:\VirtualServer\Open Server x86.exe" to "D:\VirtualServer\Open Server x64.exe". Click Ok.

The maximum size of the database is actually limited by the DBMS MySQL itself, or hosting.
